BR Royalty LLC is a privately held oil & gas company headquartered in Denver Colorado, managed by Shaw Resources Management LLC.

BR Royalty assets consist entirely of overriding royalty interests in over 1,800 horizontal Bakken and Three Forks wells on over 400,000 acres (95% HBP) located in Dunn, Williams, Mountrail, McKenzie, Burke and Divide Counties, North Dakota.  BR Royalty's horizontal wells produce in excess of 170,000 BOEPD and are primarily operated by ConocoPhillips, Continental Resources, Slawson Exploration Company, and Devon Energy.
